Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operational Excellence role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The role involves assessing current processes and operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities include conducting process audits, analyzing data, supporting ISO system implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational risks.



The role also requires preparing reports, presentations, and improvement plans for clients, facilitating training sessions, and supporting ongoing operational excellence initiatives. The team member will work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to ensure measurable performance improvements and sustainable process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Experience in Operations Management, with exposure to process improvement, quality tools, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring multiple improvement projects and meeting timelines.
- Sales and client-facing skills to support business development, build relationships, and understand client requirements.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO management systems; certifications such as Green Belt, Black Belt, or ISO auditor qualification are an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in operations or quality management are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment, manage multiple assignments, and travel to client locations as required.
