Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant/QSR business. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality standards, cost control, and achievement of business targets across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across restaurants/QSR outlets.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs, policies, and processes.
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Monitor sales, food cost, manpower cost, wastage, inventory, and profitability.
- Lead and motivate restaurant managers, chefs, service staff, and support teams.
- Plan manpower requirements, staff schedules, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, Purchase, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, stock movement, and wastage control.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.




- Support new outlet launches, setup, staffing, and operational readiness.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, statutory, and company standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve sales, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Coordinate with senior management on business planning and operational strategy.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
