Senior Manager – Office Operations Company: Skymaps International Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Job Responsibilities: Manage complete day-to-day office operations and administration. Lead and supervise office/admin support teams. Handle vendors, facility management, maintenance and procurement.

Manage office expenses, purchases and operational budgets. Develop and implement office SOPs and processes. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales and other departments. Prepare operational reports and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support senior management in day-to-day operational requirements.

Requirements: Relevant experience in Office Operations. Strong team management and leadership skills. Excellent vendor & facility management experience. Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be capable of independently handling complete office operations.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month, based on experience & interview performance.
