Role Description The Operation Head will oversee end-to-end plant and packaging operations at the Bengaluru on-site facility in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and optimizing daily production activities, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards. The role involves supervising and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating with procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics to maintain smooth workflows.

The Operation

Head will monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. This role also includes managing budgets, controlling costs, aligning operations with company policies and compliance requirements,



and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Operations Management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to use data, metrics, and reporting tools to drive decisions and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Communication skills to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess sound Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning for operations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in plant or operations leadership within packaging, paper products, or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems (such as ISO), and compliance regulations relevant to industrial operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, handle high-responsibility roles, and adapt to changing operational needs.
