Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in Urdu Language. Must be willing to relocate as per business requirements. Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and reporting skills.
Key responsibilities
Manage and supervise the AI Data Operations team. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and task completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve team and operational issues efficiently. Maintain performance reports and operational records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
