Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end order management and fulfilment for Stent & Balloon.
- Distribution planning and ensuring OTIF, Fill Rate and Service Level.
- Managing inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment across locations.
- Monitoring open orders, backorders and pending requirements and ensuring timely closure.
- Supporting stock rotation and redistribution activities across locations.
- Placing and managing orders for recent hospitals.
- Collecting, consolidating and validating additional requirement forecasts from all stakeholders.
- Monitoring supply availability and coordinating with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics for timely fulfilment.
- Preparing regular SCM MIS and tracking key operational KPIs.




- Supporting demand and supply planning activities and highlighting potential supply gaps.
- Analysing SKU-wise and location-wise inventory and order trends to support business decisions.
- Ensuring timely updation of SAP/ERP transactions related to orders, inventory and supply chain activities.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in order fulfilment, inventory management and distribution processes.

Experience: 3 to 6 years in Supply Chain / Order Management / Distribution / Inventory Management. Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare experience preferred. Key Skills: SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, Inventory Management, Distribution Planning, Forecasting, Analytical Skills and Strong Stakeholder Coordination.
