VIBGYOR High is hiring for a full time Swimming Coach.

- Conduct regular swimming classes for students as per the schools sports curriculum.

- Train students in basic to advanced swimming techniques, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Prepare students for inter-school, state, and national level swimming competitions.

- Monitor and assess the performance and progress of students on a regular basis.

- Ensure the maintenance and safety of swimming equipment.

- Organize demonstration sessions, sports days, and swimming events as part of the annual activity calendar.

- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.

- Collaborate with other sports instructors and school management to plan integrated sports activities.

- Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, discipline,



and teamwork through swimming.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma/Certification in swimming Coaching from a recognized sports authority or federation.

- Prior experience as a swimming coach in a school or sports academy is preferred.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle students of various age groups.

- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young athletes.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
