Job Title: Field Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for desktops issue, Printer Config and network-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Windows and Ubuntu

systems.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows & Linux/Ubuntu).

- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and

connectivity issues.

- Configure and maintain network printers, shared printers, and resolve printing

issues.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance devices with

support from Vendors.

- Perform remote troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions.

- Visit stores/branch locations for on-site support when issues cannot be resolved

remotely.

- Handle new store IT setup, including system installation, network setup, printers,

and CCTV configuration.

- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime across locations.

- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions,



and configurations.

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and replacements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in:

- Windows OS

- Ubuntu/Install & Troubleshooting

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Routers and switches configurations.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve the issues.

- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Willingness to travel to store locations for support and setup

Additional Requirements

- Must be flexible for field support and travel and should have 2-wheeler

- Ability to handle end-to-end IT setup for new stores independently

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

- Self-motivated and responsible
