Role Description The Oncologist – Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping Celtiss’s clinical vision, product strategy, and overall direction. This part-time remote role involves providing expert oncology input on product concepts, clinical protocols, and research initiatives, while ensuring alignment with current evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. The individual will engage in regular virtual meetings with other founders, participate in partner and stakeholder discussions,



and help build relationships with healthcare institutions and professional networks.

This role also includes contributing to thought leadership efforts such as clinical white papers, webinars, and presentations that support Celtiss’s brand and mission.

Qualifications

- Board-certified or board-eligible Oncologist with current clinical experience in medical, radiation, or surgical oncology.
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare innovation, or digital health solutions is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with comfort in ambiguity and a collaborative decision-making style.
- Strong ethical standards, commitment to patient safety, and familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in oncology.
- Ability to work remotely, manage part-time responsibilities, and participate in virtual meetings across different time zones as needed.

Remuneration

- As a co-founder, initially 6 -12 months will be advisory role with equity of the company and NO MONETARY PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE. After 12 months, as co-founder of the company , equity and monthly remuneration can be finalized.
