Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The on-site coach will work directly with individuals and teams to provide coaching sessions, set development goals, and track progress over time. Daily responsibilities include observing workplace interactions, identifying areas for improvement, facilitating workshops or training sessions, and preparing clear documentation of coaching plans and outcomes.

The coach will collaborate with management to align coaching activities with organizational objectives, support change initiatives, and help create a positive, growth-focused environment.



The role may also involve designing coaching frameworks, collecting feedback, and reporting on key results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and teams, including goal setting, performance improvement, and developmental feedback.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and work with diverse groups.
- Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions and creating structured coaching plans or materials.
- Ability to observe and analyze workplace behavior, identify development needs, and propose practical, tailored solutions.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area, with strong time management, organization, and documentation skills.
- Relevant education in coaching, psychology, human resources, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a coaching, mentoring, learning and development, or HR role is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical coaching practices, and an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment.
