Production Officer can plan workers schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Issuance and record of raw material from stores as per BMR
- To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment and production plant as per SOP
- Responsible for material reconciliation.
- Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
- Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
- Maintain departmental records required as per GMP.
- Maintaining Usage and Cleaning logbook of all equipment of Production area.
- Ensure the production department is following all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks.
- Responsible for creating work setting of teamwork in production department.
- Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in production department
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Follow EHS and HR policies of the Organization
- To provide Training to workers and operators
- Responsibility of Manage manpower and working planning in shift duties.
