Key Responsibilities:

- Operate pilot plant equipment as per SOPs and monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level etc).

- Maintain detailed logbooks and batch records of all trials, including observations, deviations, and process changes.

- Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

- Assist in start-up, shutdown, charging, sampling, and cleaning of equipment.

- Maintain valuable housekeeping standards in the pilot plant area.

- Ensure proper calibration and functionality of instruments & sensors.

- Participate in safety drills, risk assessments, and HAZOP studies for new processes.

Competencies:

- Good understanding of chemical process operations and pilot-scale equipment.





- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical hazards.

- Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.

- Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Good understanding of PFDs, P&IDs;, and basic instrumentation.

- Awareness of chemical handling, MSDS, and safe operating practices.

Qualification: Diploma (Chemical)

Nature of Experience:

- 3 to 6 years experience in Fine chemicals, Specialty chemicals, Batch process industry
