Purple Elephant Media is looking for a proactive and dependable Studio Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day studio and office requirements.
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Purchase and source materials, tools and other items required for our content studio.
- Research products, vendors and suitable alternatives
- Assist with general studio work, setup, organising materials and other hands-on tasks.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, bills and cash advances
- Handle tasks independently with guidance from the team and ensure requirements are completed on time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. Freshers may apply.
- Working proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable using Google Search, Google Maps, Google Sheets and online shopping platforms.
- Positive street sense,
organisation and ability to make sensible purchasing decisions.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable with hands-on work.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with English-language content, American food and visual styles is an advantage.
This role involves local travel and fuel expenses for work-related travel will be reimbursed based on actual distance travelled. This would be a contract/temporary position for a period of 1 month with the possibility of extension based on project success and performance.
