Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a B.Com / M.Com candidate to support our day-to-day office coordination, documentation, reporting and customer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintaining customer records and regular communication

· Preparing and updating daily, weekly and monthly reports

· Maintaining Excel sheets, MIS and other records

· Coordinating for payment status and maintaining follow-up records

· Basic Tally-related work and coordination with the accounts team

· Preparing and maintaining quotations, PO records and other documents

· Coordinating with internal departments for pending requirements

· Supporting customer communication and routine queries





· Assisting during customer meetings or visits whenever required

· Visiting customer locations in Pune/nearby areas for official work when required

· Regularly updating work status and pending activities

· Following instructions and completing assigned tasks within timelines

· General office administration and coordination work

Required Skills:

· B.Com / M.Com

· Valuable verbal and written communication skills

· Basic MS Excel knowledge

· Basic Tally knowledge

· Good coordination and follow-up skills

· Good documentation and reporting ability

· Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams

· Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks properly

· Responsible, organized and willing to learn

· Willingness to travel locally for official work whenever required
