Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Sales, CRM, Accounting, and AI-enabled business processes.

Apply if you are a hands-on Odoo Functional Consultant with practical manufacturing and supply chain implementation experience and can independently manage the same.

Manufacturing industry implementation experience is strongly preferred for this role.

This is a functional consulting role requiring strong business process understanding and hands-on Odoo implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather & Analyze Business Requirements
- Map Business Processes
- Conduct Gap Analysis & Solution Design
- Configure Standard Odoo Modules
- Conduct Client Workshops & Product Demonstrations
- Prepare & Manage Data Migration
- Perform Functional & Integration Testing
- Prepare Test Cases & Manage UAT
- Conduct Key User & End-User Training
- Coordinate With Developers for Custom Requirements
- Support Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Activities
- Troubleshoot Functional Issues & Recommend Solutions




- Identify Opportunities for Automation & AI Adoption

Strong hands-on experience across key Odoo applications:
- Manufacturing (MRP)
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Purchase & Procurement
- Quality
- Sales & CRM
- Accounting & Invoicing
- Barcode & Traceability
- Maintenance & PLM
- Odoo AI & Automation

- Key Requirements

- 1–4 Years of Odoo Functional Consulting Experience
- Successfully Completed 2–3 End-to-End Odoo Implementations
- Proven Experience Working With Manufacturing Customers
- Strong Understanding of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Processes
- Ability to Independently Manage Functional Implementation Activities
- Robust Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Skills
- Good Analytical, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills
- Excellent Client Communication & Presentation Skills
- Experience With Odoo 19 and ability to adapt to Future Version Upgrades
