Role Description The Occupational Therapist role at Edgeforce Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The occupational therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support physical, cognitive, and emotional rehabilitation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, collaborating with medical and multidisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and recommending adaptive strategies or assistive devices to enhance independence and quality of life.

The role may involve working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult clients, in specialized environments influenced by the organization’s technology-driven solutions. The occupational therapist will also educate clients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation goals, home programs, and preventive strategies.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess needs and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine to collaborate effectively with healthcare and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics for working with children and adolescents where required.
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; relevant licensure or registration as per local regulations.
- Experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings, preferably with exposure to technology-enabled or specialized environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage caseloads responsibly, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
