Role Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and close relevant candidates for open positions with our clients across Consulting, Financial Services, and Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify relevant candidates for active client mandates

- Leverage advanced Boolean search techniques on

Naukri and LinkedIn to identify high-quality talent

- Screen profiles to ensure strong fitment against job requirements

- Share quality, relevant CVs within defined timelines

- Line up candidates for interviews and drive the process till closure

- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles

- Deliver on multiple open positions simultaneously with speed and quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in





Non-Tech / Functional hiring

- Strong hands-on experience in

Boolean search and sourcing via Naukri & LinkedIn

- Experience hiring for roles in

Consulting, Financial Services, or Corporate Functions

- Prior exposure to hiring for

Big4 / Big3 / Consulting firms / Financial Services / GCCs preferred

- Strong sourcing and screening capability

- Good understanding of job requirements and candidate fitment

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
