About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as US Accounting Associates. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting activities for US clients and working with accounting records, transactions, and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger(GL) activities.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
- Review invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Follow accounting procedures and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams and support US-based clients as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of US Accounting concepts.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools.
- Understanding of basic AP, AR, reconciliation, and general ledger concepts.
