Cosma Fertility makes FertiGen, a CDSCO-approved, non-hormonal fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. Were a Forbes India-listed company, National Startup Award winner, and Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee

What you will own

- The product pipeline — what comes next after FertiGen. Literature, feasibility, specification, and the work with our academic and manufacturing partners.
- Product and technical documentation, and support on regulatory dossiers.
- Clinical trial coordination — enrolment pace, site problems, ethics committee files, case report forms.
- Doctor-facing scientific communication and KOL relationships.

- Safety reporting. Adverse events logged and escalated correctly, on time, every time.
- The claims boundary. You hold the line on what we can and cannot say about our products.

You will fit if

- You have a biomedical engineering, biotechnology, B.Pharm,



M.Pharm or life sciences background.
- You have 4–8 years, with real field-facing time — clinical specialist, medical affairs, senior MR or CRA.

- You have worked with OB-GYNs, in women’s health, or in medical devices and diagnostics.
- You have been part of a product going from idea to specification, or a trial from protocol to site.
- You can explain a mechanism in plain Hindi to a patient and in technical terms to a doctor, in the same hour.

- You follow up without being reminded.

Please do not apply if

- Your background is purely lab-based and you have never spoken to a practising doctor.
- You need a written instruction before every task.

- You treat regulatory paperwork as somebody else’s job.
