About the Role

Zentryx Global Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically inclined Network Support Intern to join our Network Operations team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and NOC operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced network engineers and gain hands-on exposure to real-time network operations and industry-standard practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor network devices, links, and services using designated network monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Acknowledge and report network alerts within the defined response time.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issues.
- Support basic troubleshooting of IP addressing, VLAN, routing, and switching issues.
- Assist L1/L2 Network Engineers in incident investigation, fault isolation, and resolution.
- Create, update, and maintain incident tickets and operational records.
- Support incident escalation to the appropriate technical teams based on defined procedures.
- Provide timely updates regarding ongoing incidents and service issues.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate operational information.
- Assist with planned maintenance, network changes, and other NOC activities under supervision.
- Follow established NOC procedures,



escalation matrices, SLAs, information-security guidelines, and Company policies.
- Participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Work in a 24/7 shift-based operational environment, including rotational shifts, as required.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager based on operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant networking certifications or training, such as CCNA, will have an added advantage.

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, IP addressing, routing, and switching.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting concepts.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco or other networking platforms is an advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

Performance-Based Stipend The internship carries a performance-based stipend. The stipend eligibility and amount may be determined based on the intern's overall performance and contribution during the internship. Performance may be evaluated based on:

- Shift discipline and responsiveness
- Adherence to operational procedures and Company policies
- Ability to learn and apply networking concepts
- Overall conduct and contribution to the team

Learning & Development

- Network incident management and escalation procedures
- Basic network troubleshooting and fault isolation
- L1/L2 support processes and SLA-based operations
- Network documentation and operational reporting
- Skilled practices followed in 24/7 network operations

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,315.47 per month
