Looking for an energetic Network Support Engineer with knowledge of routers, switches, structured cabling, and network firewalls to deliver premium networking support for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lay out and wire structured cabling nodes for enterprise clients
- Set up and manage managed PoE switches, Routers and Wi-Fi Access Points
- Develop network schematic maps and technical documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot internet connectivity and coverage latency issues
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of CAT6/CAT6A layout, splicing, socket punching, and rack setup
- In-depth command of IP Subnetting, VLAN config, router config, and Wi-Fi access points
- Familiarity with Fortinet or Sophos firewalls is a strong plus
- Solid documentation skills
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or IT
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification is highly regarded
- 1+ year of active field cabling or support experience
