Role & responsibilities

- Strong understanding of FTL business and India's road freight network/corridors.

- Experience in reverse/backhaul load optimization.

- Strong understanding of network/route structures and asset utilization.

- Knowledge of transport hub economics, commodity flows, and lane-level pricing.

- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.

- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python will be an added advantage.

- Experience in freight rate benchmarking and tender/RFQ pricing.

- Robust analytical and quantitative skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work with large and unstructured datasets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 48 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Pricing, Network Planning, or Transport Analytics.

- Experience in FTL trucking, 3PL, freight brokerage, or related businesses preferred.

- Exposure to India's road transport network and regional freight corridors is essential.

- Experience with FTL/LTL rate cards, RFQ/tender pricing, or lane profitability analysis will be an advantage.
