Role Summary The Senior Network Services Operations Engineer L3 is responsible for end to end ownership of enterprise network services including provisioning operations monitoring troubleshooting vendor coordination and architectural contributions across LAN WAN WLAN SD WAN and cloud connectivity The role provides Level 3 technical leadership drives problem management and continuous improvement supports network governance and roadmap initiatives and works closely with Quanta architects service providers and vendors to ensure a secure highly available and scalable network environment
- Execute approved provisioning for LANWANWLAN infrastructure including switches routers firewalls load balancers WLCs and SD WAN devices following standard build templates and runbooks
- Support carrier circuit procurement by
- Raising and processing orders
- Tracking delivery milestones
- Coordinating site readiness
- Scheduling and supporting circuit turn ups
- Maintain and govern network documentation including
- Circuit inventories
- Device and software details
- Configuration backups
- IP addressing and as built documentation
- Ensure documentation accuracy for audit readiness and inventory hygiene
1. Network Operations Administration
- Perform advanced incident troubleshooting and service restoration for
- LAN WAN WLAN
- SD WAN
- Cloud connectivity
- Implement standard changes and service requests within approved designs and governance standards
- Manage Wi Fi operations including AP RF and SSID configurations and routine upgrades
- Troubleshoot wireless performance coverage and connectivity issues
- Execute quarterly firmware and software upgrades for in support devices
- Pre upgrade validation

- Perform best effort upgrades for EOS devices when approved
- Administer enterprise network tools and platforms including

1. Network Monitoring Reporting
- Monitor LANWAN devices and links

- Design implement and fine tune monitoring rules thresholds and dashboards

1. Level 3 L3 Incident Escalation Problem Management
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex recurring or high impact incidents
- Lead deep dive troubleshooting define restore strategies and ensure permanent fixes
