Job Summary

Work Timing: US Business Hours Install, configure, and manage multi-vendor firewalls including Cisco Meraki, Barracuda Networks, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti.

Design and manage cloud network infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and AWS, including site-to-site and hybrid connectivity.

Responsibilities

- Handle escalated L2/L3 tickets from project and support engineers, providing timely resolution.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network performance and security issues.
- Review existing network configurations and recommend security best practices and improvements.
- Monitor and manage network devices proactively using RMM and monitoring tools.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of client network environments.
- Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and change management records.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with firewall configuration.
- Solid understanding of routing switching concepts (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, NAT, VPN).




- Good understanding of Cloud Network concepts.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VPN (IPsec, SSL, Site to Site).
- Good understanding of network security principles.
- Ability to analyze logs, packet captures, and performance metrics.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Ticketing Systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in handling L1 L2 issues.
- Any Graduation/Three-year diploma.
- Certifications in Cisco preferred.
