Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage NetApp ONTAP storage environments.
- Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume management, and capacity planning.
- Monitor storage performance, utilization, and availability.
- Configure and manage NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and FC protocols.
- Handle storage replication technologies such as SnapMirror and SnapVault.
- Manage storage migrations, upgrades, and firmware updates.
- Troubleshoot storage-related issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure storage security, compliance, and best practices.
- Prepare operational documentation and SOPs.
- Provide support during planned maintenance and critical incidents.
