Job Role The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and operational excellence of the organizations products. The role will focus on end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product training, system integration, marketing initiatives, market intelligence, compliance adherence, and stakeholder management to ensure successful product performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy &
- Management

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.

- Develop and execute product growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and profitability metrics.

- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development.

1. Product Training &
- Capability Building

- Design and implement comprehensive product training programs for CSE / BM, GLFH, Wealth RM, Forex Team, BDO etc.

- Develop training materials, product manuals, FAQs, and knowledge repositories.

1. System Integration &
- Process Automation

- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure seamless product integration across platforms and channels.

- Define business requirements and coordinate UAT for recent product features and enhancements.

- Drive automation initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Ensure smooth implementation of product-related system developments and upgrades.

1. Marketing Campaigns &
- Product Promotion

- Work along with Marketing and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute product marketing campaigns.

- Develop product positioning, value propositions, sales collateral, and promotional content.





- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

- Support digital, branch, partner, and field-force-led campaigns to maximize product penetration.

Research &

- Competitive Intelligence

- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

- Prepare periodic market intelligence reports and actionable recommendations for management.

- Benchmark product performance against industry standards and competitors.

1. Compliance &
- Governance

- Ensure all product processes, communications, and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams periodically and reviews.

- Maintain product-related regulatory records, approvals, and documentation.

- Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary product modifications.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a central point of coordination between Business, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and External Partners.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve product objectives.

- Present product performance updates, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Product revenue and business growth.

- Product adoption and penetration levels.

- Training coverage.

- Successful completion of system integrations and enhancements.

- Marketing campaign and lead generation.

- Compliance adherence and audit observations.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline.

- 4+ years in Product Management.
