Role Description The NDR role at Chester's Paw Pet Care is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. In this role, the team member will provide daily care for pets, including scheduled dog walks, feeding, fresh water, basic grooming support, and enrichment activities such as playtime and positive interaction.

Responsibilities include following client instructions, monitoring pet behavior and health, and promptly reporting any concerns to the management team and pet guardians. The role also involves maintaining clean and safe environments, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols, and supporting scheduling, check-ins, and basic record-keeping for each visit. The position may require flexible hours,



including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on client needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated comfort and experience working directly with dogs, cats, and other small companion animals; strong awareness of animal behavior and handling techniques.
- Ability to follow detailed care instructions, manage daily schedules, and keep accurate notes or basic records for each pet visit.
- Reliability in on-site work, including punctual arrival, consistent availability in the Greater Delhi Area, and readiness to work flexible shifts.
- Commitment to safety and hygiene, including proper leash handling, secure transport within premises, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Physical ability to walk dogs of various sizes, perform light lifting, and stay on feet for extended periods.
- Prior experience in pet care, animal shelters, veterinary clinics, or related roles is beneficial.
- Basic education completion and comfort using mobile devices or apps for scheduling and updates.
