Role Overview

RecruitFutures is partnering with a premier client to hire a highly skilled NAC Security Engineer. You will design, implement, and manage scalable Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, driving identity-driven access and dynamic segmentation aligned with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles across large-scale environments.

Position Details

Location: Bengaluru (In-Office, 5 Days/Week)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

Budget: ₹9 LPA - ₹15 LPA

Core Skills: Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE

Key Responsibilities

- NAC Architecture: Design and implement highly available NAC solutions across campus, branch, data center, and remote-access environments.
- Platform Expertise: Manage platform upgrades, clustering, certificate lifecycles, and logic for complex multi-site environments using Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE.
- Authentication & Policy: Implement 802.1X, MAB, and web authentication. Configure RADIUS/TACACS+ and design role-based access (agile VLANs, dACLs, SGT).
- Profiling & Compliance: Execute device profiling, fingerprinting, posture/compliance assessment, and BYOD onboarding integrations.
- Operations & Support: Provide L3 support for authentication failures, perform health checks,



capacity planning, and troubleshoot complex policy issues.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 3-6 years in network/security engineering, heavily focused on NAC and identity-based access.

Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise with at least one leading platform: Aruba ClearPass (Policy Manager, OnGuard, OnBoard) or Cisco ISE (policy sets, profiling, posture, TrustSec).

Core Fundamentals: Strong working knowledge of 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS, TACACS+, identity stores (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD), and PKI.

Preferred Certifications: Aruba ACCP/ACMP, Cisco CCNP Security/SISE, CISSP. Scripting (Python,REST APIs) for automation is a major plus.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
