Role Description The Multimedia Faculty role is a full time, on-site position based at Arena Animation in Kozhikode. The faculty member will deliver engaging classroom sessions in areas such as animation, VFX, graphic design, web design, and multimedia, following the institution’s curriculum and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, demonstrating industry-standard software and tools, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves mentoring students on projects and portfolios, supporting placement readiness through skill building,



and staying current with trends and techniques in the media and entertainment industry. The faculty member will also collaborate with academic coordinators and peers to continuously improve course content and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of multimedia domains such as animation, VFX, gaming, web design, and graphic design, with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured lessons, including curriculum planning, classroom instruction, and practical lab sessions.
- Competence in guiding learners through project work, portfolio creation, and real-world assignments aligned with industry practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach diverse groups of learners in an inclusive and supportive manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; relevant industry or teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Comfort with using digital learning platforms, maintaining academic records, and providing timely feedback and mentoring.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in the media and entertainment sector.
