Mutual Fund Sales Associate – Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a Mutual Fund Sales Associate to help grow our mutual fund business by developing relationships with investors, distributors, and prospective clients across Mumbai.

This is a field-oriented sales role requiring regular client meetings, relationship building, lead generation, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new mutual fund investment opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their investment needs.
- Explain mutual funds, SIPs, asset allocation, and investment strategies in a simple manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into investors.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding, KYC, transactions, and client servicing.
- Maintain regular client follow-ups and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and AUM targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in financial markets, investments, and mutual funds.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting clients across Mumbai.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build relationships and independently manage leads.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- NISM Mutual Fund certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
