Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and assess risk factors related to motor insurance policies, making informed decisions on coverage options and premiums.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, responding promptly to queries, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and recent technologies to maintain expertise in motor underwriting.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in general insurance or motor underwriting.
- Strong understanding of general insurance principles, particularly in the area of motors.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating risks and making sound judgments about coverage options.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to manage multiple tasks independently.
