Role Description The Motion Graphic Video Editor will be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics, editing video content, and creating visually engaging assets for digital campaigns and social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, developing storyboards, assembling footage, adding transitions, visual effects, music, and sound design, and optimizing videos for different formats and channels. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all video content, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines,



and contributing creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

- Strong motion graphics and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software.
- Experience in visual storytelling, storyboarding, and creating engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work with branding guidelines, typography, and graphic design principles to produce cohesive and polished videos.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance-focused content creation.
- Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression, and exporting for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant academic background or professional training in animation, multimedia, film, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency, production house, or similar creative environment will be considered an advantage.
