Role Description The Motion Graphic Specialist will design and animate motion graphics for product demos, explainers, brand films, and corporate videos, ensuring visual clarity and alignment with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating storyboards, developing visual concepts, producing motion design assets, and collaborating with producers, editors, and creative directors throughout the production workflow. The specialist will optimize graphics for different platforms, refine animations based on feedback, and maintain brand consistency across projects.





This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with experience creating animations for digital and video content.
- Proficiency in Graphics and visual design, including layout, typography, and asset creation for motion projects.
- Hands-on experience with Video Production workflows, collaborating with editors and producers to integrate motion assets into final videos.
- Ability to develop clear Storyboarding for narrative and product-focused videos, translating complex ideas into structured visual sequences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion/graphics software).
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work for brands, products, or corporate communication.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
