Brand 2 Grand is hiring a Motion Designer & Video Editor for our travel platform (hotels and flights). This is a role where you set the visual language rather than execute someone else's template. Everything is built mobile-first.
Key Responsibilities
- Design offer and campaign creative static and motion mapped to the Indian travel calendar
- Produce social content: reels, shorts, and a consistent flow of feed and story assets
- Create in-app motion loaders, transitions, empty states — and hand off Lottie files to our React Native team
- Build app store creative, landing page video, and explainer content
- Ship ad variants at volume while keeping brand consistency across every output
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in motion design and video editing for consumer brands
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; Figma or Illustrator for static work
- Practical fluency with AI tooling — generative video, image generation, upscaling, voice, auto-edit — used to turn work around faster than a studio would, not as a novelty
- Judgement about where AI helps and where it produces a plastic look that needs fixing by hand
