Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Lead

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹30,000+ per month + Travel Allowance

Job Responsibilities

- Evaluation and monitoring activities for Life-Lab programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks, indicators, and reporting systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to measure impact and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation and gather data.
- Coordinate with project teams, trainers, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for improving program effectiveness.
- Support impact assessment, data-driven decision-making,



and project evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, STEM Knowlegdeg, School monitoring, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Candidates with experience in education, STEM, NGO, social impact, or development projects are preferred.

? Salary: ₹30,000+ + Travel Allowance ? Salary will be increased based on experience, skills, and performance.
