We are looking for a Moderator Intern to join our Digital CME Department. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in online education, healthcare, and digital learning.

No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. Training and guidance will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor online discussions and activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
- Facilitate discussions and assist participants with their questions.
- Engage with participants and help create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Provide basic guidance and support to participants throughout the CME activities.
- Coordinate with content creators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the smooth delivery of educational content.
- Assist in the development and implementation of online CME activities.
- Provide basic technical assistance to participants when required.
- Stay updated with best practices in online education and digital learning.




- Support the team in ensuring the smooth execution of online CME programs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in using computers, online platforms, and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
