- Operations Oversight: Manages day-to-day or night-shift hospital functions when senior executives are off-site.
- Department Coordination: Connects clinical teams, nursing staff, billing, front desk, and support services.
- Patient Flow & Bed Management: Assists with patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and capacity tracking.
- Grievance Handling: Resolves urgent complaints or queries from patients and their families.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforces hospital policies, safety protocols,



and regulatory guidelines (such as NABH standards).
- Shift Handover: Conducts routine facility rounds and prepares detailed logs or reports for the next shift.

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, MSW, or an MBA.
- Experience: Generally requires 1 to 5+ years of experience in hospital operations or a supervisory healthcare role.
- Skills: Robust crisis management, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities under pressure.
