Job Summary

As a Mobile Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, architecture, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications across client projects. You will work closely with project managers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable mobile solutions. You will provide technical leadership to mobile development teams, establish engineering best practices, review code, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure projects are delivered within quality and timeline expectations. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex problems while mentoring and growing engineering talent.

What you need for this role

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Flutter or React Native (solid expertise) with working knowledge of the other preferred
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile UI development, and responsive design principles.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, push notifications, analytics, and other external services.
- Good understanding of mobile security, authentication, data storage, and application lifecycle management.




- Experience with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and release management.
- Familiarity with AWS/cloud environments and backend integrations.
- Experience with application publishing and release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of testing practices, code reviews, and engineering quality standards.

- Leadership Skills:

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of mobile developers.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.

- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainable and scalable implementation.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, stability, integrations, and application releases.
- Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Manage mobile application releases and ensure successful deployment across Android and iOS platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, libraries, and development practices.
- Conduct technical estimations and contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support their technical growth.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions, development processes, and project-specific practices.
- Collaborate with QA teams to establish effective testing strategies and resolve defects.
- Support the HR and Operations teams with technology-related challenges whenever required.
- Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, and solution presentations as required.
- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements that can benefit the organization and its projects.
