MIS & Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive to support daily logistics and operational activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of MIS reporting, MS Excel, data management, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports related to operations.
- Manage operational data and ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up with vendors for required updates, information, and documentation.
- Maintain operational records and ensure proper documentation.
- Track pending activities and coordinate with concerned teams for timely closure.
- Support the team with daily logistics and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper record keeping and timely reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience of 6 Months to 2 Years in MIS, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience in vendor or transporter coordination will be preferred.
- Good follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate operational data and documentation.
- Candidates with experience in the Logistics / Transportation industry will be preferred.
