Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage reporting, data, administrative activities, and basic cash-handling work. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and good with MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, trackers, and dashboards.
- Collect, verify, and update data accurately.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination work.
- Maintain documents, records, attendance, and office files.
- Handle petty cash, cash receipts, payments, and daily cash records.
- Maintain cash book and perform basic cash reconciliation.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and payment-related documents.
- Assist in bank deposits and other basic accounts-related activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams and support daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and Google Sheets is an advantage.

Qualification B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, Admin, Accounts, Operations, or a similar role. Freshers with good Excel and accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
