Job Overview

Innovation Comes Jointly is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled MIS Executive to manage, organize, and analyze organizational data and reports. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Freshers can also apply. A laptop is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments.

- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and other data analysis tools.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect and update relevant information.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.




- Support management with accurate reports and data-driven insights.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in MIS, data management, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
