We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented MIS Executive who loves working with data, Excel, dashboards, and reports. You’ll be the person who turns raw numbers into meaningful insights that help the business make faster and better decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
- Manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy & consistency
- Create interactive Excel dashboards, trackers & performance reports
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight key business insights
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
- Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate data
- Track KPIs, targets, productivity and business performance
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and management reporting requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management or Analytics
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts, etc.
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Power BI / SQL will be a big plus
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
- A mindset of “let’s automate it” instead of “let’s do it manually”
