MIS & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Handle Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Identify discrepancies and support process improvement through data analysis.
- Maintain operational records and ensure smooth day-to-day MIS activities.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS,



Operations, or Data Analysis, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Robust proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of Mutual Funds (MF) and PMS (Portfolio Management Services) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
