Position : MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage daily MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and business reports. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to convert operational data into meaningful reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
- Prepare sales, attendance, inventory, purchase, expense, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and automated reports.
- Analyse trends, variances, and performance against targets.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
- Prepare management presentations and summary reports whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within defined timelines.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales,



Inventory, and Operations teams for data collection.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, charts, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential business information.
- Strong time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Applications, Statistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong practical knowledge of Excel rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Able to independently prepare reports and identify data discrepancies.
- Should be organised, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
- Experience working directly with senior management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
