Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS and analytics dashboards for claims and operational performance.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports aligned with client and business requirements.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Analyze operational and claims data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

- Support governance reviews, performance reviews, and management reporting with relevant insights.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and resolve data discrepancies.

- Ensure timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs within defined operational timelines.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the health insurance / insurance TPA domain.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:

- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts





- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP and other lookup functions

- Data validation and reconciliation

- Macros / VBA

- Dashboard creation and data visualization

- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple reports and deliverables under tight timelines.

- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
