Responsibilities

●call sales team members daily to collect performance updates and field reports●

Maintain and update the sales MIS with accurate, timely data (Channel & Client Meetings/ SalesTarget)

● Build and update dashboards to track sales team performance and key metrics of end to endprocess (Log-in to disbursal) across bank & partners.

● Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly reports for the CBO/ Sales Head for Management Review

● Flag gaps, delays, or inconsistencies in reporting to the CBO/ Sales Head

● Coordinate follow-ups with the sales team on pending action items

● Support the CBO with ad-hoc sales operations and administrative tasks

● Generate the incentives/commission calculation reports for the sales team.





● Assist in preparing presentations / MIS for partners/bank review meetings.

Experience

●1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or MIS reporting

● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboarding tools is a plus

● Comfortable making regular outbound calls to internal teams

● High attention to detail and consistency in data reporting

● Positive communication and follow-up skills

● Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,137.36 - ₹28,000.00 per month
