Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mining Tools Purchase Executive, located in Thane, with preference for candidates residing in or near Bhiwandi. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers of mining tools and related equipment, negotiating prices and terms, and placing purchase orders in line with budget and quality standards.

The executive will track inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery of tools to support ongoing projects. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining purchase records, comparing quotations, resolving supplier issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.



The role also requires building strong vendor relationships, monitoring market trends in mining tools, and providing regular reports to management on cost efficiency and procurement performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities for mining tools, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industrial or mining tools, basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management, and familiarity with purchase documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or inventory software; robust numerical and analytical skills for cost tracking and reporting.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within industrial, engineering, or mining-related sectors is preferred.
- Minimum qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, with preference for candidates from Bhiwandi or nearby areas; readiness to coordinate with field and warehouse teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high ethical standards.
