? Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building, integrating, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade Teams applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience across Microsoft Teams Toolkit, Copilot Studio, Teams AI Library, TypeScript/JavaScript, Adaptive Cards, and Microsoft Bot Framework.

✅ Copilot Studio – Integration design & implementation

✅ Teams AI Library – Conversational AI implementation within Teams apps

✅ TypeScript / JavaScript – Primary development languages

✅ Adaptive Cards – Conversational response design & rendering

✅ Microsoft Bot Framework – Bot development & channel configuration

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Microsoft Teams applications.
- Build, configure and deploy Teams apps using Microsoft Teams Toolkit.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio capabilities into Teams solutions.
- Develop conversational AI experiences using the Teams AI Library.
- Build bots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Develop Teams applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.




- Design interactive user experiences using Adaptive Cards.
- Configure Teams channels, bots, permissions and application components.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and deployment issues.
- Follow Microsoft Teams development and security best practices.
- Support application lifecycle management, testing and production deployments.

⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams app store submission.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams app policies and compliance requirements.
- Experience taking Teams applications through enterprise governance and approval processes.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Teams and be comfortable working across Teams apps, conversational AI, Copilot Studio, bots and Adaptive Cards. Candidates must be adaptable with working hours and be able to support the required US EST overlap when needed.
