Role Summary -

The Power Platform Governance CoE Lead is responsible for establishing operating and continuously enhancing the enterprise governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform This role provides strategic and operational leadership across Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages AI Builder Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power CAT governance solutions The position ensures the platform scales securely efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards while enabling innovation citizen development and AI adoption

Working closely with business stakeholders solution teams security architecture and platform administrators the role drives governance lifecycle management operational excellence compliance maker enablement and platform support The successful candidate will act as the central authority for Power Platform governance balancing business agility with enterprise controls

Required Experience Skills

- 10 years of IT experience with expertise in collaboration platforms workflow automation platform operations and enterprise governance
- 7 years of handson experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration governance Center of Excellence operations or platform architecture
- Robust expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages AI Builder and Copilot Studio
- Deep understanding of Power Platform Admin Center managed environments DLP policies security models capacity management and tenant governance
- Handson experience implementing and operating CoE Starter Kit Creator Kit Copilot Studio Kit and Power CAT governance solutions
- Experience with ALM processes deployment pipelines DevOps practices release governance and solution lifecycle management
- Knowledge of integration technologies including SharePoint Microsoft Graph Azure services custom connectors REST APIs and Dataverse integrations
- Strong troubleshooting incident management stakeholder engagement communication and leadership skills.
