– Microsoft Dynamics CRM DeveloperExperience Required: 6+ Years

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with coding, plugin development, and integrations, and can independently own the technical build of CRM solutions based on functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScript web resources
- Design and build custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
- Write and maintain server-side (C#/.NET) and client-side (JavaScript/TypeScript) code within the Dynamics SDK framework
- Develop and consume Web APIs / OData services for CRM integrations with third-party systems
- Build integrations with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus)
- Perform data migration and data modeling using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Scribe
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance issues, plugin errors, and integration failures
- Work closely with functional consultants/business analysts to convert requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities (solution packaging,



managed/unmanaged solutions, ALM practices)
- Maintain technical documentation for custom code, configurations, and integrations
- Support CRM environments post go-live, including bug fixes and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK
- Deep understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) — entities, relationships, security roles, plugins, and workflows
- Experience building and consuming Web APIs / OData/REST services
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development
- Familiarity with Azure services relevant to CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault)
- Experience with CRM data migration/integration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or similar)
- Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 — solution management, source control (Azure DevOps/Git), CI/CD pipelines
- Valuable grasp of Agile/Scrum development practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
